39-year-old Chris Bilham is boldly speaking out on the topic of gambling addiction, as he struggled with it for five years. At the age of 30, he decided to take a chance and bet money on a football match on an app he had downloaded. Little did he know that wasn’t going to be the last, and he went down a spiral of a destructive gambling addiction that left him with a £100,000 debt and excruciating suicidal thoughts.  

There’s a recurring issue that needs to be put to and - people leaving their children and pets unattended in vehicles while enjoying their time at casinos. Not only does that put children at risk of being kidnapped, but leaving anyone at all in a vehicle that can get hot and stuffy for several hours can pose a great risk of dehydration, sunstroke, or even death. Not to mention, the temperature in extreme weather could rise to dangerous levels within minutes - hot or cold. And no, a cracked window won’t make much of a difference.

People often take things that don’t belong to them and don’t get caught. It’s not just guests that attempt to cheat casinos out of money during various table games - sneaky employees also get caught up in questionable activities at times. Some manage to get away with it, while others test their limits to the point where they begin to feel invincible. Hieu Duc Lam, a former Baccarat dealer at the Sydney’s Star casino in Australia, happens to be one of them as he “reaches for the stars” and gets caught cheating his workplace out of almost $500,000.
