Online casinos are taking over the gambling industry

Online gambling is a hot topic, as it became one of the fastest-growing industries in the world. One of the main reasons for the success in the niche is the pandemic that prompted millions of people to find new activities due to simple boredom or desperation during the lockdown. Some are complying, while others refuse this retrogress. Officials state that the vaccine is the most important and effective step people can take to protect themselves and others from COVID-19. Cryptocurrency gambling | A double-edged sword

In 2009 Bitcoin started an unstoppable movement, entirely from scratch. Shortly after, Bitcoin’s potential breathed inspiration into crypto believers. Alternatives such as Ethereum and Litecoin eventually surfaced, and by 2021, at least 4,000 different digital coins were made available for trading. Casinos in South Korea temporarily close due to Covid-19 cases

After resuming services post lowdown closures, South Korean casinos are forced to temporarily close due to surging Covid-19 cases linked with their properties. As of last week, South Korea had 1,556 new cases in just 24 hours, and extreme measures are being taken in hopes to knock the numbers back down. Social distancing, mask mandates, and vaccine requirements are expected to be amplified by the end of this August. The Greater Seoul area is at the moment under Level 4 social distancing rules, and an additional ban on private gatherings of three or more people after 6 p.m. is in place. At other times, private gatherings of five or more people are not allowed.
