Woman refuses to leave the Hard Rock casino and injured officer in the process
Things can get wild at casinos, and not just because people try to rob them. Some try to cheat, others get way too drunk, and many simply cannot act right. A woman from Chicago, Tiara S. Johnson, 29, threw a fit of her own on June 23. She and her friends arrived at the Hard Rock Casino and didn’t even make it through the entrance before casing a massive scene and injuring an officer.

Around 11 pm, Tiara was entering the casino with her posse, and for whatever reason one of her friends wasn’t allowed in. Instead of peacefully leaving and finding a different gambling facility, the group began lashing out at the officer and refusing to walk away. But it didn’t end there: Tiara was feeling like living life on the edge that night and shoved the officers in the chest with her hands. Of course, at that point, the poor guy didn’t have any choice but to arrest the fussy little.
You would think that would be a good time to relent and calm down. But no, Tiara got her claws out and took a swing at Gary police officer's eye. The Lake Criminal Court reported that she left cuts on his face and eyes and subconjunctival bleeding from his left eye.
Tiara S. Johnson made her first court appearance Friday. Believe it or not, she also had the nerve to plead not guilty on counts of battery resulting in bodily injury to a public safety official, resisting law enforcement, misdemeanor counts of criminal trespass, and disorderly conduct.
Currently, there is no additional information on Tiara’s friends, but it seems like they weren’t doing much more than cursing and running their mouths. Regardless, it was probably a lesson learned for the whole pack of undisciplined buddy pals. And, of course, it’s a perfect example of what you should never do at a casino facility - or anywhere else for that matter.
